Twists[]
- Exile Island - At every reward challenge, the winner can send a member of the losing tribe to Exile Island, where they may find a clue to the Hidden Immunity Idol.
- Returning Players - Twenty-two previous contestants return.
- Expanded Cast - For the first time, there is a cast of twenty-two contestants.
- Longer Game - The game lasts 42 days instead of the normal 39.
- Double Tribal Council - On Day 3, both tribes attended tribal council and voted out a castaway.
